Inflammatory Bowel Disease System Data Dictionary Sample Screens Sample Reports
The inflammatory bowel disease module facilitates the comprehensive data capture and reporting of data related to inflammatory bowel disease. The system assists in ongoing monitoring of patients with the condition, automatically displaying "alerts" which draw the reviewer's attention to clinically significant issues.
The system is designed to combine comprehensive data collection with speed and ease of use. Extensive reporting capability allows both auditing of data quality and analysis of clinical and other trends.
The system follows current guidelines and has been designed together with staff from a leading UK teaching hospital. The system generates automatically a range of comprehensive documentation for clinical notes, EPR inclusion, and letters to GPs/referring doctors. The generated documents have been favourably received by general practitioners and hospital doctors who now receive comprehensive, legible information for every patient. Clinicians can also be given access to the system from wherever there is network access (conceivably from anywhere in the world), allowing them to view test results at the touch of a button.
The system is integrated with the HICSS Endoscopy module. It is possible to view a patient's Endoscopy results in full or summary form if the HICSS Endoscopy module has also been installed
